Shayla has created an open, inclusive and non-judgemental space for you to lean into your practice, just as you wish.

SAT CHIT ANANDA describes the place we land when we engage in a subtle enquiry into our true nature, allowing us to remember our wholeness.

This practice is suitable for beginners and is offered for koha.

Wishing our dear friend a very Happy 40th Birthday! 🥳💜🤩

Miss J became our very first Sensory Yoga client back in 2020 and it has been nothing less than a pleasure and privilege to share our practice each week over the past six years.

It’s pretty rare to come across one of life’s true gems and those of us that know you, are lucky beings indeed.

Thank you for all that you have taught me, for your warmth, your unending curiosity, tenacity and honesty; for the girly giggles and the songs.

You are so loved.

Thank you for being a ray of sunshine in my day…

Zara’s got you for The Slow Down - Tuesday Yin, where she blends supported, floor-based shapes with guided sensory awareness, designed to soften out the edges and remind you how to just be.

At the weekend, you’ll find Shayla holding space for your Gentle Yoga: Sunday Sādhana. Here we’ll explore movement (standing, seated, supine) with intention; connecting to an inner rhythm that honours your pace, your truth, your spirit and your wholeness.
