Ryan, Neville Joseph
19 January 1946 – 16 May 2026

Dearly loved husband of Sue.
Much loved father and father-in-law of Aaron and Amy, Scott and Anna, and Mark and Anna.
Cherished stepfather of Amanda, Paul, and Sharee.
Proud grandfather of Evie, Spencer, Shana, Isabella, and Payton, and remembered with love by Jonty (deceased).

A private family cremation will be held at Hastings Crematorium on Monday 18 May.
A celebration of Neville’s life will be held at the National Servicemen’s Club at 12:30pm on Monday 18 May. All friends and family are warmly invited to attend.

Neville will be resting at Amanda’s home. Those wishing to pay their respects are welcome between 10:00am and 3:00pm on Sunday.

Born 22nd of March 1960, passed away on the 9th of May 2026.

Tuarae was calm, so kind, and full of fun,
A gentle soul whose light touched everyone.
His laughter and warmth will forever remain,
Lovingly remembered again and again.

Born Opotiki May 12th 1938, peacefully passed away April 29th after long illness. Much loved wife of the late Neil Morris, mother of Diane and Glenn, grandmother to Lydia, Isabella and Jonty. Thanks to the staff at Waiapu House.
Private family cremation has been held.

Passed away peacefully with Tuppence by his side on 23 April 2026. Dearly loved husband of Tuppence. Father of Jinny, Hamish and Jeremy. Father-in-law of Ross, Erica and Merion. Poppa to Chloe, Cameron, Courtney, Findlay and Harriet. Great grandfather to Charlotte. A private family service will be held to celebrate Ben’s life at a later date.

Normile, Richard (Dick),
Passed away peacefully at Hastings Hospital , Thursday 30th April 2026. Richard is the cherished son of the late Richard and Gwendoline Normile. A loved brother, brother in law of the late Michael (Mick) and Christine Normile. (UK) Barbara and Bill Doyle, the late Diane Roberts. Brother in law of Molly and the late Tim Herd, Alf and Chris Herd, John and Tracy Rogers. Dick is the deeply loved father, father in law of Richard, James, Natalie and Richard Poa. Treasured Grandad of Sadie, Kieryn, Richard (RJ) Richard and Christina. And Great grandad of four great grandchildren. Loved by many of his nieces. Loved friend of Marie Normile. He will be missed by many.Dicks funeral service will be held at the Hastings Crematorium Chapel, Orchard Road, Hastings on Wednesday 6th May 11am followed by Cremation.

Diane Sybil, gentle soul, now at rest,
At seventy-one, among the blessed.
Beloved wife of Ted, his heart, his home,
Together in love, no longer alone.

A sister so dear to Vivienne, Janie, and Peter too,
Her kindness shone in all she would do.
With hands that baked and a heart so wide,
She filled each room with warmth and pride.

The sound of bagpipes, soft in the air,
Carries her spirit, tender and fair.
Passed peacefully, her journey complete,
In loving memory, forever sweet.

HANSEN, Gordon Gerald,
Passed away on the 12th of April at home. Loved by Jen, Very proud father of Ruby, Stella Mac and Hugh.
A service for Gordon was held at 11am on the 18th of April, at the Elwood Function Centre, 15 Otene Rd, Hastings.

Gordon's family want to thank everyone who attended his celebration of life.
