These ladies are part of the wahine divers roopu, aimed at helping ladies become more confident in the water - no need to hold the bag anymore whanau, we are in there! The aim of our pool sessions is to work on breathing techniques and drive the message home in regards to being safe in the water! A decent breath hold at the end is a bonus! These ladies smashed it

⭐️Gear - Sort your gear out in a controlled evironment!
⭐️Technique! Minimise the effort you are putting in to ensure you are making the most of your breath hold!

CF Olympics 2024
We are all sitting at home thinking ‘Give me 4 years, I can do that, well here is your chance! Get amongst these events for some friendly competition and banter!
- Enter 1 event or enter them all!
- You will be placed into a ‘country’ so you have some supporters in your corner!
- Event must be completed during staffed hours and witnessed by a trainer
- Movement standards to follow
- Leaderboard will be in the gym for bragging rights!
