Retail Pharmacy Manager
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Pharmacy Manager to lead our busy community pharmacy team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service, team leadership, retail excellence, and delivering outstanding healthcare support to the local community.
About the Role
As Retail Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day retail operations of the pharmacy, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, strong sales performance, and an efficient, well-presented store environment. You will work closely with pharmacists and staff to create a positive, professional, and customer-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate, and develop the retail team
• Manage daily store operations and workflow
• Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care
• Drive retail sales and achieve business targets
• Oversee merchandising, stock control, and promotions
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy and retail standards
• Handle rostering, staff training, and performance management
• Foster strong relationships with customers and the local community
About You
• Previous retail management experience, ideally within pharmacy, health, or beauty retail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for customer care and team development
• Commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales performance
• Experience with stock management and retail systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
