Just a few scenes from the week gone by.

My qi gong buddy from Waiheke Island came to visit and we ended up going for a walk to locaI track near our house. I can't imagine how big that tree was when it was cut down.

In planning stages of doing more chinese herb cooking dishes to be made into reels.

A bit of online learning, in this case, reviewing case histories.

I have also been practicing on using the Instagram edit app, and playing around using the "cut out" feature.

Not there yet !

Taking it easy on the reels today. I wanted to learn how to put four photographs like this onto a post.

I plan to do 1 hour study this afternoon at home when i have no distractions.

There is something to look forward to as well, Irene is making a tiramisu for me.

It seemed years ago when I used to do a regular radio show at Radio Hawkes Bay.

I had a great time being interviewed by Ken Morrison. He used to love the weird songs I picked to end the shows.

He even offered me a special show at 2am in the morning, Heiko's Weird Music Hour, but I declined.

Met great people there including Jillie.

Radio Hawkes Bay does great things for the community and I wish them well for the future.
