As this year winds down, I just want to say a huge thank you.

Thank you for trusting me with your bodies, your skin, your faces, your stories, your nervous systems - and for showing up, again and again. I don’t take that lightly. Your support, loyalty and word of mouth referrals have meant more than you probably realise.

As I look ahead to next year, there will be a gentle shift. I’ll be leaning more into jaw and fascia release, holistic face massage, brainspotting and skincare creation. I am stepping even further back again from remedial massage work. Quite simply, my body is asking for a bit more care so I can keep doing this work well - and for the long haul.

I’m deeply grateful to work with such thoughtful and respectful humans. Thank you for making this year what it’s been.

Our dreamy Mugwort Moon Oil is finally back in stock.

You need just one pump - warm between your hands and then massage into the neck and chest about ten minutes before bed - a small cue to your body that the day is done. Set the intention for calm dreams and let things unwind.

Mugwort has been used in traditional practices for generations, often in evening rituals and dreamwork. She is quite the OG womans herb!

I use it myself to help support sleep through menopause. I’ve noticed my dreams are more vivid. Some of my ladies aren't a fan of the dreams but I love them!

The aromatic compounds like cineole and camphor in Mugwort can help create a sense of ease or openness. The sensory ritual of using it before bed helps wind the system down.

The connection to dreamwork in traditional herbalism gives it that “night-time” association.

Hey natural skincare lovers!

I'm hosting a skincare stall this coming Saturday at at the Hastings Showgrounds.

I've had a week to settle into my new massage & brainspotting quarters. I've set aside permanent days to create and send skincare - and I've also got my study firmly under control. And my kids and house. Kind of 😂.

After over 18 years of full-time practice, I’ve built (and keep expanding) a tool kit that includes Oncology and Remedial Massage, Reflexology, Face Massage and Brainspotting. These treatments come from decades of training and ongoing learning, so what you receive is always evolving and improving.

Here's the honest bit - I hit level 50 in November. Apparently, the warranty on these seasoned massage therapist shoulders doesn’t come with unlimited mileage. So, I’m taking my own advice - slowing down and easing up on the hustle

From 1 November 2025 my prices will increase and I’ll be taking fewer appointments each week.

This isn’t about being ungrateful or exclusive. It’s about valuing the depth of work I do and making sure I can keep doing it - sustainably, with the energy and focus you deserve.

New pricing from 1 November 2025:

• Remedial Massage – 1 hr $150, 1.5 hr $200
• Oncology Massage – 1 hr $150
• Mobile / Call-out – additional $50
• Brainspotting – 1 hr $150
• Face Massage – 1 hr $180, 1 hr 15 min $220

Big Shift, Little Breather

I’m packing up my Napier space and moving the business to Hastings for the next few months. My clients will get to meet our guard chickens - Kath n Kim.

I'm going back to basics - a couple of cosy treatment rooms and a purpose built skincare studio to keep up with growing demand and create new products.

I’m also reshaping how I work - less remedial massage, more Holistic Face Massage, The Slow Drop Sessions and Brainspotting Therapy.

Napier clients - don't fret. I've got things brewing. I may take up a new Napier option with some heart based humans in the New Year. Stay tuned.

But first, a short sabbatical.

October is my study month. Jaw release, TMJ & Buccal Massage training with Face Up ™️, plus Phase 3 Brainspotting training so I can work even more deeply with athletes and my music-industry crew. Exciting!

And (confession) some of that “study break” is also a 1975 themed 50th birthday party and the week it apparently takes to recover. Level 50 - I'm here for it 🙌

I’ll see a very small number of clients in October, then return in November with fresh skills and fresh energy.
