Hi I’m Bridget Robertson

For over 25years I’ve been Bridget’s Digits Massage Therapy, all things muscles, body aches & pains, deep tissue & relaxation.

One of my biggest passions is the Emotional Body…the connection between our mind and body, what’s going on at a deeper level….what makes us tick…what drives us…how we have become who we are and how that affects us.

Our thoughts, feelings, emotions and beliefs often become stored in our body as aches and pains, headaches,migraines, illness, unconscious holding patterns of behaviour, addictions, mental health issues, trauma …sometimes our own or inherited.

So I’ve spent the last 5years learning new tools to help break cycles,(for myself and clients) identify limiting beliefs, barriers that have been holding you back, create new offerings to support personal growth & development, utilise nervous system regulation techniques to help release stress or trauma and restore the mind and body to state of balance and create a growth mindset.

The Inherited Release Method is a gentle, yet deeply healing trauma informed modality using applied kinesiology to identify and energy work to release inherited emotions and unconscious beliefs that have become stored in the bodies energy centres.
