🍁Over the last couple of years I have become more aware of and learning more about seasonal celebrations and how the seasons influence our lives.🍂🍁Today marks the beginning of Mabon!
Mabon marks the autumn equinox, a time of balance and gentle reflection.🍂
It invites us to pause, acknowledge how far we’ve come, and notice where we may need to restore balance within ourselves.
As the seasons shift here in New Zealand, it’s a beautiful reminder to slow down, nourish your energy, and let go of what no longer supports your wellbeing.
