Hi! My name is Barbara Pomana I qualified as a Remedial Massage Therapist through Lotus then EIT with Dip WARM and Dip Therapeutic & Sports Massage.

3R Massage Hawkes Bay set up and has been working out of the Massage Therapy Zone clinic together with Relax and Focus Michele Wichman for over a year now.

The Massage Therapy Zone clinc is the base but taking massage out into the community is our aim and that is why we bring you both Clinic & Mobile massage. My wish is to help those that cannot make it to the clinic for their own reasons.

I am just a stepping stone on your path to better health and I can promise I will give my best every session to help achieve your personal goals.
