•The belly is designated in Chinese medicine as the second brain of our body. The Taoists designate it as the seat of our emotions. Chi Nei Tsang is a belly massage technique which aims to release the negative energies concentrated in the abdomen and to harmonize one's emotions.

•These negative emotions are distributed in the various organs of the abdomen: worries and fear lodge in the spleen, pancreas and stomach. Sadness and depression are nested in the lungs. Fears, phobias and traumas lurk in the reins, and finally jealousy, frustration and anger in the liver. During a Chi Nei Tsang session, the practitioner will therefore apply himself to releasing these negative energies, but also and above all to practice a "rebalancing" of these emotions, which are inseparable from their "positive" pendants: worries / receptivity , sadness / courage, fear / calm, etc.

Holi Fire Reiki 🔥.

•Reiki can be qualified as being a Japanese energy art which is today offered all over the world by practitioners trained in the use of this practice. It was developed by Mikao Usui at the end of the 19th century. The word “rei” means universal or the whole and “ki” refers to Qi or the vital energy from which we all benefit.

• After wondering what reiki is, it is interesting to know the benefits of this method.
It is considered that reiki has several advantages such as soothing the body and the mind, bringing a feeling of well-being, harmonizing the circulation of energies, promoting a state of relaxation, but also relieving certain problems such as stress, disorders sleep, fatigue, burnout, malaise, etc.
