Check out the Bay Buzz. I joined the group in June this year. Best thing I did.
Other best things was getting more movement in my day. Not walking or running, but getting down into a squat. I did use the aid of a door frame. Then shoes with heals. Now I can squat for 30 seconds relatively easily bare feet. Much easier with shoes on. And then Leap frogging! Inspiration from Vanja Moves. Something I joined that would help me get to do the splits! Maybe add that to next years New years resolution!
Along with 2000 press ups in a month (from resting on knees).Raising funds for mental health support. I did 56 press ups yesterday. Its a practice start. 20,20, then could only do 16. Happy Sunday!
