The goal is to complete each round in under 2 minutes. So, if you completed the round in 1:45 then you can rest for 15 seconds before you get back to it. If you complete it in 1:55 then you get 5 seconds rest.

RATE THESE BODS.

Is this an opportunity for pure male objectification? You bet your bottom dollar it is.

But also, we are super proud of this bunch of legends.

Earlier this year, this group of determined dudes undertook our 12 week challenge, and their results are outstanding.

They took it seriously, stuck to the programme and their summer six packs thank them for it.

Being a bunch of competitive males however, we now need to decide WHO WINS the transformation?
