An opportunity has risen to work alongside a dedicated team in a Primary Skin Cancer Centre based in Havelock North.

The role of clinical co-ordinator is complex and challenging which requires excellent organisational skills. We are looking for a friendly and polite team member with excellent communication skills and confidentiality is essential. We are also requiring a reliable, responsible person with IT literacy skills and also being able to think critically to fit into our already established busy clinic.

Role responsibilities include:

 Previous medical clinical background would be an advantage
 Indici or Medtech proficient another advantage
 Previous customer service experience is essential, you will be working closely with other team members dealing with enquiries, booking and accounting of patients
 Assisting in a theatre setting for pre and post operations
 Managing the sterilisation of equipment
 Maintaining stock levels for clinical equipment

This is a Monday to Friday role with guaranteed 32 hours per week or a job share role would be considered.
Competitive remuneration.
No late nights or weekend work is required.

What are the clinical features of Solar Keratosis?
Solar Keratosis may be solitary but there are often multiple keratoses.
The appearance varies:
*A flat or thickened papule, or plaque
*White or yellow; scaly, warty, surface
*Skin coloured, red, or pigmented
*Tender or asymptomatic
Solar Keratoses are very common on sites repeatedly exposed to the sun, especially the backs of the hands and the face.
