Update on Hawarden Mindful Yoga.
Well its been a while and many things have changed inside and outside of me.
I have been focusing on Mindfulness North Canterbury with courses, workshops and mindfulness retreats. These include mindful yoga and movement. Especially the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction programme (MBSR) and the seasonal retreats. These are all held in Rangiora, however they can always be offered in Hurunui if there are the numbers or you want to host or get a group of friends together.
I am currently also training in peri menopause lifestyle support and developing a programme which is going to have a mindful yoga workshop as part of it so watch this space.
If you are interested in the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction programme, the next one is starting in October. The link is in the comments.
There is also a mini mindfulness retreat coming up on 25th Septemeber.
I am enjoying transitioning my yoga practice from inside by the logburner to outside again as things start to warm up. My favourite place is in the garden with all the bees and smell of lavender and jasmine. Sam the labrador always likes to join in of course.
Wishing you well
Kate 🧘‍♀️💜
