It’s been a year of Circl Health 🔆💧Here’s a message from Chris, our founder:

Circl Health launched just about a year ago, and in that time we’ve built a really aligned, loyal community of people who genuinely get it. These are label readers, goal-driven people who use movement to connect, create, and protect their mental health.

My vision with Circl Health is to fuel goal-driven athletes from the moment they wake up to the moment they go to sleep — with the best products in the world. We’ve made an amazing start on that mission. There is no more important vehicle to nourish than our bodies. We get one shot, and people really care about the quality of what goes in. That’s why we’re committed to products with true efficacy — products that genuinely help people perform, however they define that for themselves.

This year, we’ve fuelled thousands of athletes across New Zealand with hundreds of thousands of milligrams of sodium and other high-quality nutrients and minerals. The feedback on how Hydrate+ performs has been consistently great.

Year two means an expanded product range while deepening what we already do with Hydrate+. New flavours, new delivery formats, stronger partnerships across New Zealand and Australia, a wider distribution network, and more presence at events and in communities on both sides of the Tasman.

We’ve built a strong foundation, and I couldn’t be more excited, energised, and optimistic about what year two of Circl Health will bring.

600mg of sodium. Per hour. That’s what .ant.run loses when he races in the heat. 🧂

A few weeks before Northburn 100 — 160km, 10,000m vert, 32 hours — we sat down with Anthony and measured his sweat sodium loss. That number changed how he raced.

During the “death climb” on Loop 2, temperatures were soaring in the canyon microclimates. Anthony had Hydrate+ in a reusable sachet, topping up on electrolytes - with no guess work. Replacing what he was losing in real time.

He finished with zero nausea. Running strong at 150km. Crossing the line after 32 hours.

“I genuinely think it was the difference between a very strong and a not very strong section.”
