This will be held at KING EDWARD PARK, ON HIGH STREET, not at the shop, unless it's raining!

If you feel you need to reset your day, change your mindset, learn to breath and control your anxiety better in a gentle way.
Come along to meditation, from 7pm to 8pm.

We will set up opposite the Chinese garden. Bring your own blanket or chair.
