At Velca, our job is to help you achieve your goal of total wellness; so you can operate at 110%. We offer holistic chiropractic, physio and massage therapy to correct pain and see you down a road of better health and well-being. Our health clinic in East Auckland covers three key aspects of health. For relief from back pain, joint and neck pain and to restore joint mobility we start with chiropractic treatment. Therapeutic massage promotes relaxation and the healing process, reducing muscle pain and maintaining health. We will then work with you to develop a fitness program that sees you achieving your goals of fitness and health. Break free from pain – live healthy and well

We don’t want you coming back for unnecessary visits with no real end in sight. When you visit our health clinic, we work to make sure you are healthy and free from pain quickly as possible. We build long term relationships with our clients, helping you to minimize injury and get back to doing the things you love. You can expect us to be honest, give you straight-forward, easy to follow advice, and help you stay motivated towards achieving your health goals. Our physiotherapsists and chiropractors are ACC accredited. No need for a referral. The clinic is Southern Cross and Careway affiliated for your convenience. Velca was established in 2011 and is a locally owned health clinic in Howick, East Auckland with 10 practitioners and supportive staff. Our last day in the clinic is 19th December, and we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us, trusted us, and been part of our Velca community this year.

We’ll be returning 5th January 2026 with a fresh new look and ready to kick off 2026 with energy and purpose.

Kathryn never fails to make our team laugh and smile — she brings so much warmth, positivity, and genuine care into the clinic every single day. She is an amazing asset to our team and a wonderful friend to all of us.

Her dedication to her patients and their recovery is second to none. Kathryn consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everyone feels supported, understood, and empowered on their journey.

This weekend we held our annual Velca Christmas party — a chance to celebrate the year, connect as a team, and enjoy time together outside the clinic. 🎄

We kicked things off with bubble soccer at Howick Domain hosted by , and it was unforgettable. Between the laughter, the tumbles, and the friendly competition, it was such a fun reminder of the incredible people behind Velca.

After the chaos (the good kind!), we finished the day with a BBQ at Matt’s, sharing food, stories, and gratitude for everything 2025 brought us.

We’re incredibly grateful for the care, passion, and effort each team member brings to our patients every day. 2025 was a year of growth, learning, and connection — and we’re so excited for what 2026 has in store for our Velca family. 💙✨
