Hello, Doctors' appointment time is precious, if you miss your appointment, there is a charge. Someone else missed out on an appointment so you could see the Doctor. Please be on time, a Doctors' appointment is 15 minutes, if you are late you may be asked to rebook another time. If you need longer please ask for a double appointment. Thank you
