Marilyn Anne McCaig, Passed away on 1st May 2026 after a short stay at Hospice Waikato in Hamilton, aged 72 years.
A much loved Wife for 50 years, a dearly loved Mum, Granma, Sister, Aunty and Friend.
A special note of thanks to the team at Hospice Waikato for their wonderful care and support.
A private family farewell has been arranged.
Marilyn will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

ANTONY, Melville Gladys (Mel), nee Hartley.
Passed away peacefully at home in Te Kauwhata on 29 April 2026, in her 95th year.

Dearly loved wife of the late Barry. Much loved and cherished mum to Robert (deceased) and Julie; Karen and Jim Richardson. Loved nana Mel to Rory and Paulette, Ryan; Troy and Sarah, and Rainer. Great nana Mel to Taila; Mila; Reed and Beau.

A Service to celebrate Mel’s life will be held at the St Margaret's Anglican Church, Waerenga Road, Te Kauwhata on Thursday, 7 May at 11.00am.

It is with a very heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved Erena Yvonne Watkins, who passed away peacefully on 26 April, surrounded by her whānau.

Erena fought a long and tough battle with so much strength, and we are so proud of her. She can now finally rest.
We will miss her deeply — her love, her strength, her laughter, and the way she always held us together. She will forever be in our hearts ❤️❤️

She will lay at our homestead on Bone Road, Sunday and Monday nights, before making her journey to Te Ohaaki Marae on Tuesday, 28 April. Times are as followed:

All are welcome.
If there are groups that need to come at other times please message and we can arrange a time.

On Thursday morning at 11am we will have a service at the Huntly Fire Station, where we farewell mum for her final journey.
Kaihakiri/ food and drink will all be at the fire station after.

All are welcome to come and pay their respects at Bone Road and at Te Ohaaki Marae.
