We carry so much throughout the day… stress, emotions, other people’s energy, and even our own self-doubt. If we don’t consciously release it, it builds up.

That’s where affirmations come in 💫
They help you:
• Break negative thought patterns
• Calm your nervous system
• Refocus your energy
• Create space for clarity and peace

But timing matters…
🌿 Morning — set the tone for your day
🌙 Night — release and reset before sleep
🔥 In the moment — when you feel overwhelmed or triggered

Try something simple like:

Life doesn’t always feel clear or easy. Sometimes it’s messy, heavy, and full of moments where you’re just trying to get through the day. But I’ve started to see those times a little differently.

The “rainy” seasons in life… they actually do something. They slow you down, they make you feel, and in a strange way, they create space for growth. Even when it doesn’t feel like it at the time.
And then there are the rainbows.

Not always big, obvious moments—but little signs. A shift in how you feel, a new opportunity, a sense that things are starting to fall into place again. It’s like a reminder that something good can come out of the hard stuff.

I really believe that opportunities don’t always show up looking exciting or easy. Sometimes they come as change, or discomfort, or things not going to plan. But later on, you can see how they were actually leading you somewhere better.

So if things feel a bit heavy right now, maybe you’re just in the “rain” part. And that’s okay.
The rainbow will come—sometimes quietly, sometimes when you least expect it—but it will come.

Energy is everything ✨

We talk about “positive” and “negative” energy like they’re opposites—but really, it’s all just energy moving through us.

Sometimes it feels heavy—like stress, doubt, or overwhelm. That doesn’t mean something’s wrong with you. It usually means something needs your attention, a bit of care, or space to be released.

Other times it feels light—like calm, gratitude, or just being in flow. That’s when things feel a little easier, a little more aligned.

The thing is, our energy is always being influenced—by what’s around us, who we’re with, what we’re thinking, and how we’re feeling. And the more aware we become of that, the more we can gently shift it.

You don’t have to be “positive” all the time. Just be honest with where you’re at… and meet yourself there.

Protect your energy.
Care for your energy.
Listen to your energy.

Because when your energy changes, everything around you starts to change too 💫

After attending three funerals in just two weeks, I’ve found myself in a space of deep reflection.

Each life was different. Each story unique. Each farewell carried its own reason, its own ripple. Yet the energy in every room felt the same — love… and immense loss.

There was also something else present. A quiet, shared message that echoed through each service:
✨ Be grateful for your life
✨ Take care of yourself — mind, body, and spirit
✨ Put your family first

As someone who is deeply connected to spirit, I couldn’t ignore the intuitive messages that came through. They were the same at their core, just offered from different perspectives… almost like gentle reminders being whispered again and again.

I feel incredibly humbled and blessed to witness what I can only describe as the transition — that sacred shift from this life into the spirit world. Not an ending, but a continuation… a returning.

These past two weeks have reminded me how precious life is.
How important it is to slow down, to love fully, and to truly be present.

If you’re reading this, take it as your reminder too 🤍 Life is happening now.

Hold your people close.
Take care of yourself.
And don’t wait to live the life you’re meant for.

Lately I’ve been reminded just how important it is to truly listen to our bodies 🤍

After carrying some heavy energy these past weeks, my body wasn’t asking for anything complicated… just warmth, stillness, and care. So I honoured that. I ran a warm bubble bath, allowed myself to slow down, and simply be.

Sometimes the healing we need isn’t in doing more — it’s in softening, in nurturing, in giving our body what it’s quietly been asking for.

Our bodies hold so much… emotions, experiences, energy. When we ignore it, it weighs heavy. When we listen, we begin to release.

Honouring your body is spiritual work.
Rest is healing.
Warmth is medicine.
Stillness is powerful.

Tonight, I chose to support my body as it gently lets go 💫

The moments where things don’t go to plan.
Where you feel stretched, uncertain, maybe even a little lost.

But those are the moments that shape you.
They teach you resilience, awareness, and trust in yourself.

In my work, I see it time and time again—
healing isn’t linear, and growth isn’t always pretty…
but it is always powerful.

know that something is shifting within you.

There is nothing more satisfying than pushing yourself out of your comfort zone 💫

That moment when your heart is racing, your mind is doubting, and every part of you wants to stay where it’s safe… but you choose growth anyway.

Because on the other side of discomfort is confidence.

On the other side of fear is strength.

On the other side of “I can’t” is “I just did.”

It’s not about being fearless — it’s about doing it even when you are.

Every small step you take outside of your comfort zone expands your world, your belief in yourself, and what you thought was possible.

So if something feels a little scary right now… it might just be exactly where you’re meant to go ✨
