A bit about me...
Over many years I have worked with a variety of people from all walks of life, no matter where you are in your journey we are offered the opportunity to grow and heal the imbalances in our life. This can be in the form of emotional imbalances, physical aliments, trauma trapped in the body. It is essential to be heard! Over 30 years ago I was trained in Touch for Health, Reflexology, relaxation massage, energy healing, crystal healing and tarot/intuitive readings. In more recent years I have studied and hold a diploma in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and certification in Life Coaching & Mindfulness. I am also a Theta Healer and a Reiki practitioner. All these modalities and skills have supported me to deepen, manifest, create and transform my life. If you wish to create change for yourself to grow into your full potential I am here to support your enlightenment.
