合掌 - Gassho (Japanese) -
In the mudra of Patanjali (in Japanese called gassho) with palms together, all kinds of dualism—man and woman, past and future, parent and child, teacher and student—they all come together in front of you as you bow.
I do Gassho to everyone who did practice with me this year.
I can not teach without you.
I can not grow without you.
I can not learn without you.
Thank you so much for giving me such a beautiful opportunity to join your yoga journey.
