THE TREATMENT
Phase 1: ANTHELIA® IPL
After imaging and preparing the skin, IPL Photorejuvenation using Phototensor is performed using moderate level light therapy, keeping the skin between 50ºC and 60ºC degrees to stimulate the rebuilding of the skin.
Moderate level pulse light is a gentle non-ablative treatment which does not violate the epidermis or cause social downtime, instead it stimulates platelet activation, growth factors and cell proliferation to improve cutaneous micro-relief and augment skin remodelling through the repair of the extracellular matrix (ECM) to reduce fine lines, increase hydration capability and capacity, and improve skin laxity, elasticity, density and fragility, as well as unify the complexion. This treatment stimulates the natural production of collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) which are the body's natural moisturisers, tighten the skin and dilated pores for a smooth skin texture, and improve vascular health and tone, all contributing to the rejuvenation of aging, damaged or blemished skin.
Phase 2: MESOÉCLAT® FACIAL PROCEDURE
The Mesoéclat® facial procedure improves all aspects of the skin, with immediate results from 1 session, or progressive, impressive results from a course 5-6 sessions (usually performed 14 days apart).
The Mesoéclat® method consists of two main steps, a stimulation phase and a contribution phase which the aim to:

Why do Mesoéclat®
Skin problems and aging are produced by the inexorable passage of time, genetic factors and the bad habits that we adopt in our daily routine, which lead to premature cell death, causing the skin cells to lose the capacity to perform their functions correctly, reducing the skin’s elasticity, flexibility and clarity. How is Mesoeclat® performed.
The Mesoéclat® method comprises the simultaneous actions of two main steps targeted at brightening the skin, facilitating the elimination of the outer epidermal layers and deep nourishment of the skin, helping to attenuate small facial wrinkles, blemishes and imperfections. It seeks to counteract the effects of time and exposure to the sun. Application can be started any time of year, but always with the understanding that sun is the skin’s main “enemy”. So it is essential to apply moisturizing sun protection from mesoestetic® to protect the skin from sun damage and prevent the appearance of pigmentation problems.
The first mesoéclat® solution is made from a salicylic acid base, which has an exfoliating effect on the skin, promoting cell renew and helping decrease and treat imperfections. Following the solution, the mesoéclat® ampoules are applied with there powerful combination of organic silica, chondroitin sulphate, L-carnitine and lipoid acid, which exerts the powerful regenerating effect.
Solution one: Preparation of the skin, the mesoéclat® exfoliating solution is applied to clean, dry skin, applying friction to the surface of the face for epidermal renewal, reduction of imperfections and the preparation of the skin for phase II. The solution is left on until dry and not removed. A mild to moderate tingling sensation may occur during this phase. This can be alleviated by gently fanning the affected area.
Solution Two: A mesoéclat® ampoule is applied, across the entire treatment area. It must be left until dry and is not removed. This is an intensive shock treatment and a more heated sensation can be experienced during this phase, fanning the face can make the treatment more comfortable. This is the intensive anti-aging and skin regeneration phase that also provides an immediate effect of volume and luminosity (tight, smooth radiant skin). Phase 3: DERMALUX® TRI-WAVE
This will go for a full 20 minute session.
