I do a range of Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Breath-works, Bioptron Light Therapy & Energy Healing. I am a Holistic Health Practitioner. I also use Light therapy. {Bioptron Light}. I am very focused on helping people to reach their best potential in life. I also have my EFT certification {Emotional Freedom Technique} Which is also a form of Hypnosis. I am doing My Breath Master's Degree. This is a very important part of our living, is to be able to breathe properly and assist in our own well being I am a very Spiritual Person but welcome everyone from all walks of life to my practice. I love the simple life. Give me a cabin in the woods and I'll be happy :) I have several Spiritual Tattoos and totally believe that we are here to live our lives to the fullest and not merely to survive. I want nothing but the best for not only my family but also the people which come to me for help.
