Second chance education study grants for mature NZ citizens residing in Southland studying full-time.

Our first lot of interviews are complete and applications are open for the next round. To be eligible you must be a NZ Citizen/Permanent Resident, who resides in the Southland, Queenstown, Glenorchy, Arrowtown, Tapanui, Heriot area; over the age of 25 years, and studying full-time at a NZQA Institution. To be eligible you must be a NZ Citizen/Permanent Resident - reside in the Southland area (including Queenstown, Glenorchy, Arrowtown, Tapanui or Heriot) preferably over 2 years, over 25 years, and studying full-time at a NZQA institution.

2018 STUDY GRANTS FOR MATURE SOUTHLANDERS now being taken.
To be eligible you must be a NZ Citizen/Permanent Resident with residency in the wider Southland area (Southland, Queenstown, Arrowtown, Glenorchy, Tapanui) (preferably 2+ years); over the age of 25 years; doing full-time study at a NZQA institution eg Teachers College, Polytech etc.
The Foundation was established in 1988 and has supported around 1024 mature Southlanders to reach their goals.....will you be one of them?

We are leaving applications open for the OUTWARD BOUND DISCOVERY course experience until 24 May 2015.
To be eligible you must be over 27 years of age, a NZ Citizen with residency in the wider Southland area. Conditions apply.

Last lot of applications now attended to and many happy recipients. Our next Study Grant applications are due on
20 APRIL. This is for those who are commencing study in semester 2 - same criteria as usual, i.e. NZ Citizen with residency in the wider Southland area, over 25 years and full-time study.

ALSO.....We offer Outward Bound Scholarships. Applications for these are due to me by 20 April. The criteria is: NZ Citizen with residency in the wider Southland area, and over 27 years of age. The course we send the recipient(s) to is the Discovery Course, look it up on the Outward Bound website.
