NOW POSTPONED due to unforeseen circumstances 🙏
around 18, I first began exploring how to quiet the mind, it was a book—The Art of Happiness by the Dalai Lama—that first piqued my curiosity. From there, I found myself drawn to Buddhist teachings, absorbing all I could.
There are many paths to a calm mind. Often, it takes time and gentle curiosity to find the one that feels truly accessible to you.
Maybe you’ve been feeling that pull too...
And maybe this quiet weekend is just the space you've been waiting for. 🌿✨
See ya there!
