I’m an Accredited Sports Nutritionist currently studying towards a Clinical Nutrition qualification, I’m a qualified PT and I have a degree in Health Science. 👩🏼‍🎓
I’m a FIFO wife and mum to 2 wee gals.
Lover of good food, coffee and the occasional sweet treat. Big fan of a balanced diet and getting into the gym for weights ( although i need to make more time for this 😅)

Better with Bridget is about making small changes that add up to big results whatever your goal. For those who have fat loss goals here’s an example of how you can put this into practice. A few simple changes to this chicken wrap reduced the total calories by 253, halves the fat content and increased the protein. You are still eating basically the same thing just better aligned to your goals 👏🏻🌯

I am super excited to share these results from one of my lovely online nutrition clients and friends🤩

The difference between pictures is 3kg lost over 7 weeks. She was consistent with her nutrition and managed her own training, she still consumed the odd takeaway, donut and cookie crossiant too because balance 😏This proves what can be achieved with a personalised plan and some consistency.

She has absoloutly nailed her fat loss phase and it shows. Well done Abby I’m so pleased for you 🤩💪🏻
