Happy 4th Birthday CityFitness Invercargill. What an adventure you have been ❤️.
Thank you to all my lovely staff who are human sunshine and work so very hard. A further thank you to Member Services, Payroll, Finance, Accounts, Techs, Marketing & Senior CF management departments all over NZ for everything you do for CityFitness nationwide, and to our wonderful members who bring so much joy to our days 🙌.
We have 250,000 members nationwide so far, and only about 35 more membership sales till we hit 4,000 members here in Invercargill 🥳... I wonder who #4000 will be 🤔😁. Get in there 🤙- Liss.

10 out of 20 of my Receptionists at CityFitness Invercargill that could make it today were put through a reception training refresher/2hr quiz... they absolutely smashed it!
61 staff in total here and they are all perfection. Blessed here in Invers ❤️

Highly recommend Southern Saunas. Took some of the CityFitness Invercargill team here to Oreti Beach this morn... 3x rounds of each- Ocean Dip & Sauna then 1x Ice Bath. 75mins on repeat.
Feeling so alive. 🤘 Highly recommend 👌

Our beautiful new Pilates Reformer Studio is now complete at CityFitness Invercargill and we will be launching this studio to our Premium members on Mon March 3rd at this stage once all of my staff are trained on the virtual tablets. . We will only be Virtual to start, without Instructors. Bookings can be made on the CityFitness app for this studio just as we do for the other studios. Watch this space for more info on this 🤟
It's been a full on 2 days and Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all involved over the past couple months for helping us turn this ex HITT studio into this beautiful Pilates Reformer Studio. A huge shout out to Archers Construction, My staff for unloading of the container and to Norman, Dean and Clint from CityFitness NZ for all your hard work on this!
For those on Black and Basic Memberships, time to upgrade I reckon a few extra $$ per week for Premium access to not only gain entry into our current 'Abundance Studio' for floor pilates and yoga classes, Studio One for all HITT and Group Fitness classes, Massage Chairs, but now you get the Pilates Reformer Studio included in this. Premium memberships are only $17.99 per week and you get everything our club has to offer, including guest and family access and get to use this membership all over New Zealand at a CityFitness Club. 🤘 Rock on!!! Surprise visit from the CEO of CityFitness NZ tonight. Our Canadian owner 'Patch'. Such a sweetheart...Told me I was too short standing next to him so I needed to get up on the chairs 😅
