High Fibre snacks are like a "magic bullet" when it comes to managing pregnancy and post partum constipation! Trust me ladies, getting the hang of high fibre now, will make post partum SO much more comfortable for you. And the big surprise is that fibre hides in all sorts of places, like how many of you would have thoughts pears have more fibre than kiwi fruit!? But they really do! Make some swaps now so you are in good habits for life.
Comment below and I will send you my go to fibre chart to take all of the guess work out of your fibre food planning.

Top tip for birth prep - practice relaxing your pelvic floor.
These 3 poses are the simplest and easiest way to relax your pelvic floor in preperation for childbirth.
Try each one daily for 1-5 mins.
-Supported childs pose - as baby gets bigger, try this with your forehead/chest supported with a bolster or sitting on a yoga block.
- Yogi Squat - this can also be sitting on a block or bolster - make sure you can relax and are supported so you can "settle in" to this pose.
Butterfly pose - either seated or reclined back on a bolster or blocks.

With the release of NEW PREGNACY YOGA classes being uploaded to you today, I thought would pop up afew poses that are not only great for pregnancy and preperation for giving birth but are also (now proven by research to be) very effective for relaxing your pelvic floor.
If you have been told your pelvic floor is struggling to "let go" or "relax" try these poses for 1-5 mins. Put on some relaxing music or a meditation and allow the pose to do the rest!
