My first 10 clients are up and running and in various phases of their Metabolic Balance Australia and New Zealand programs .

They are all achieving their goals.
They all have different goals and reasons for doing metabolic balance but some of the achievements so far:
- weight loss - both on the scales and measurements
- healthier metabolism as indicated by blood tests result improvements
- decreases in inflammation and inflammatory markers in blood tests
- better sleep
- more energy
So proud of them all 💚
