This Tongan Language Week, What About You Murihiku is celebrating more than just words—it’s about connection, culture, and checking in with each other.
is a powerful reminder to look out for your mates. A simple “Sai pe, Toko?” can open the door to honest talanoa, support, and real connection.

Wellbeing is woven through language—when we speak from the heart, especially in our own language, it builds identity, belonging, and faka'apa'apa.
