🧘‍♀️Today's World Stress Awareness Day is your cue to pause, breathe and check in with yourself - and your mates. 🌿

💚An easy way to activate your body's relaxation response is to inhale for about four seconds, exhale for five or six, and repeat. Or even getting out in natural light and outdoor sounds for at least one minute can regulate your mood.🌳
