Andrea is one of the directors of Accelerate Physiotherapy and she has 19 years experience as a physiotherapist.

Andrea has a special interest in concussion and neurological rehabilitation as well as treating issues with dizziness/vertigo. She is also highly experienced in workplace assessments and working with athletes on return to sport following injury. Andrea has completed Polestar Pilates training and enjoys taking some of our Pilates mat and equipment classes.

Outside of work, Andrea is kept busy with her two children Cooper and Paige.

Physio Tessa enjoyed a day trip to Te Anau last Saturday to cheer on her son Charlie who raced in the GWD kids 2km fun run.
Charlie had the best time and was thrilled to receive his medal after the race! Great running Charlie 👏🥳

Physio Hamish recently took part in the Invercargill Endurance Challenge. This involved completing laps of the Estuary Loop Walkway (3.8km) in a 24 hour period. Hamish ran an incredible 164.96km in 21 hours, 31 minutes!🏃‍♂️💪🙌

Hamish came 4th overall and earned himself a 'Miler Buckle' for completing 100 miles, the equivalent of 43 loops.
Congratulations Hamish! 👏🥳

Congratulations to physio Hamish for recently taking part in the Northburn100!
Hamish ran a grueling 50km in total with an impressive time of 7 hours, 38 minutes 🏃‍♂️🙌
He came in 15th place overall for the 50km! 👏
