Ageing has a wicked sense of humour. It hands you a few extra lines, steals your oestrogen, and then gifts you a tiny human who calls you Nana and melts your entire heart.
I’m about to turn 59 in a few months and while I can’t slow the clock, I can absolutely decide how I meet it. Some days that means good skincare and a treatment plan; other days it means laughing with my grown up kids, chasing my nearly two year old grandson around the paddock, and realising life feels fuller now than ever.
Ageing isn’t a problem to solve. It’s a process to live your way, without judgement, without comparison, and without apology.
We’re not done. Not even close.
And if this is what the “almost 60” chapter looks like, i’m ready ❤️
