Grafting Workshop - Update
Just a quick heads up for those wanting to attend the Grafting Workshop - the garden is still way too wet and muddy for the workshop to go ahead. After talking with the organiser and facilitator, we have decided to postpone it until we can be more sure of a few days of fine weather beforehand.
We'll set a new date once the weather plays nice. If you are on our email list, you'll be the first to know when that happens.

Happy Monday!
Managed to sneak in a lovely morning walk at Totara North before our BoxFit class at Omaunu House - so peaceful with the harbour looking so calm before the rain returned.
Heads up for tomorrow's walk from Omaunu House - don't forget your shower coat, looks like we'll be dancing between raindrops.

Due to the wet conditions in the teaching garden, we decided to postpone the grafting workshop, which was scheduled to run tomorrow, 17th August. Keep your eyes on our fb page for a new date soon. Keep dry and warm!

Matauri Bay, get ready to rumble with BoxFit on Thursday, 21st August at 9am at Te Tapui Marae! It's a low-impact, ridiculously fun session that's perfect for anyone who's up for a challenge. Don't worry if you're a total newbie, just come along and get your move on - we promise you'll have a blast!

New date announcement for the Grafting Workshop with Medhi!
We're back on for this Sunday 17 August - come along and learn some hands-on grafting skills in the relaxing setting of the Teaching Garden at the Whangaroa Health Services garden.

Another great class this morning with tamariki at Kaeo Primary School. Great energy, the smiles were wide and everyone gave it their all. So inspiring to see our tamariki moving building confidence, strength, coordination and resilience all while having fun. Come and join in - class starts at 8am Tuesday and Thursday - parents also welcome.
