This service is free of charge to our registered patients and aims to assist you in achieving your health and wellness goals.
Available Monday and Tuesdays.

The health coach can help you with your goals such as weight management, cholesterol and blood pressure control, exercise plans, nutritional advice and support, as well as guidance for managing anxiety and mental health concerns.

Josh is a dedicated health coach with a holistic approach to wellness. With a background in breathwork facilitation, massage therapy, reiki and trauma informed coaching. Josh offers personalized guidance, information and support tailored to your unique needs.

From Thursday 21 September, 24 Hour Surgery will close to patients each day between 10pm and 8am the following day. This is a temporary solution to the current staff shortages, and they will be returning to a 24 hour service as soon as they are able to safely do so. The medical centre now has a Health Improvement Practitioner (HIP) in the practice called Claudine. This is a free service for enrolled patients.

Claudine can see people of all ages and stages of their lives and help with any type if issue related to mental wellbeing or behavioural change. A consult uses evidence based brief intervention to develop pathways around mental wellbeing and any issue that may be impacting on a persons well-being.

Claudine can provide advice and support by developing individualised plans and goals, promoting self management and connecting people to other services they may need.

If you are interested in this service, you can make an appt via reception.

We are delighted to announce we have a health coach called Kirsty with us in the medical centre on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Free for enrolled patients and available for booked or same day appts.

Book in if you need help with stopping smoking, sleeping better, reducing anxiety, improving emotional or physical wellbeing, lifestyle changes such as diet and exercise and help improving high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
