Probate changes are coming!
From 24 September 2025, the NZ probate threshold will rise from $15,000 to $40,000.
This means many smaller estates can be settled without going to the High Court, saving time and costs for families.
Still, having a valid will is essential to protect your wishes.

Tractors, Trucks, Vintage cars and utes, even Horse drawn carts. Mostly family owned and provided. We have been involved in many of these special farewells. Such an honour.

Some farewells honour cultural traditions passed down through generations. Others reflect hobbies, passions, or personalities — like a final ride on a vintage tractor for a much-loved farmer or a fine mat ceremony honouring Pasifika heritage.
Each funeral tells a story.
