🪶🪻🐚🍃Keeping the kids entertained today with a home made scavenger hunt. They got some fresh air and exercise as they used problem solving and matching skills. They even extended the activity by making a scavenger hunt for me which included catching some “outside air.” It is a tricky thing to tape to the paper, you need to release it very carefully whilst someone is ready with the tape. 🤣🤣🤣

If you are having broken sleep each night due to being woken by your child, you can’t function at your best and neither can your child. Take control by getting in touch with a qualified sleep consultant.

Does your little one struggle to make it through the day? We are 3/4 of the way through the term and most children are chronically overtired by now due to busy schedules and can really benefit from an earlier bedtime in order to catch up. You may be putting them to bed later as they don't seem tired at bedtime. This will just mean that their bodies have gone past tired and they have got a second wind making it much harder to settle. Making bedtime 15-30 min earlier might be all that is needed to get their body into a better rhythm.
