We’re Hiring! Full-Time Facility Cleaner
Start date: Late February
We’re looking for a reliable, warm, and detail focused Facility Cleaner to join our amazing team. This is a full-time role working on a 4 days on / 2 days off rotating roster (6 week cycle).
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for keeping our care facility clean, safe, and welcoming for our residents.
You’ll work in resident rooms and shared spaces, so being friendly, polite, and comfortable interacting with elders is essential.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous cleaning experience
• Bonus: Experience in hospital or healthcare settings
• Good understanding of infection control (or willingness to learn)
• High attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliability - our residents and team depend on you
• Warm, respectful communication skills
Training Provided
We’ll support you with all necessary training, including:
• Infection control
• Chemical handling
• Cleaning flows and tasks for the shift
• Protocols for working safely around vulnerable people

Requirements
• Must pass a police check
• Must pass a drug test
• Zero-tolerance for any convictions (you will be working with vulnerable residents)
