💝 Wild Harvested Dried Kumarahou

(Pomaderris kumeraho)
Kumarahou was used as Rongoa Maori for:
• Respiratory Ailments
• Bladder Issues
• Arthritis
• Cleansing the Blood
• Skin Conditions
Simmer Kumarahou (approximately 1/2 tsp per cup) for 10-15 minutes in a pot of boiling water until it reaches a deep amber colour.Sweeten with honey and drink a cupful morning and evening for 1 week.
If necessary, discontinue use for 1 week before consuming for another week.
Refrigerate in an airtight container for about 1 week.
Halve the quantity for children.
For external use, add to bathing water
