Our classes are nearing the end of the series and we'll be working with the resistance bands next to strengthen and tone over the winter months ahead!
So if you'd like to stay strong indoors over the colder months join us for the new series starting:

The 10 week Theraband Series is a great whole body workout, but as always with a focus on your core. People love working with the bands not only for their resistance but also for the extra feedback they provide to movements and to aid their flexibility.
These classes are an 'ACC Approved Strength and Balance Programme', so if you're wanting quality assurance for your wellbeing, you are in the right place!
Level options are available from beginner to more advanced in all classes so you can tailor the exercises to suit your body as you strengthen and tone or individual appointments are available as required.
If you prefer to exercise from home with more flexible hours or if you wish to do Pilates more than once a week, all classes are available online, anytime at www.htpilatesplus.com
