Welcome to 2026 and another year of Pilates!
If you're ready to get back into the swing of things and retune your core after the festivities join us for our new series starting:
Monday 12th January 6pm Kaka Point Pilates
Tuesday 13th January 10am Balclutha Child Friendly Pilates
Thursday 15th January 8.45am Owaka Pilates
Thursday 15th January 6pm HTPilatesPlus Balclutha Pilates
This will be a matwork series and as always a great whole body workout with a focus on your core to target your back, abdominals and pelvic floor as well as strengthening and toning your limbs, correcting posture and breathing away the stresses of the new year.
These classes are an ACC 'Approved Strength and Balance Programme', so if you're wanting quality assurance for your wellbeing, you are in the right place!
Level options are available from beginner to more advanced in all classes so you can tailor the exercises to suit your body as you strengthen and tone.
An individual assessment is required prior to going into a class if you have any significant old or current injuries, are pregnant or less than 3 months postpartum, and is highly recommended if you are starting Pilates for the first time or if you have any concerns.
