NEW BALCLUTHA CLASS!!
‘Stay Strong & Steady’ Strength & Balance Classes starting:
Monday 25th August 1pm at St Johns, Balclutha.
Are you looking for:
- An exercise program specifically designed for older adults with a focus on improving strength and balance?
- A community of like minded people who care about aging well?
- A class that can be individually tailored to your exercise needs?
- Are you concerned about your bone health or have osteoporosis?
- Are you worried about your balance or have had a fall?
Stay Strong & Steady Balclutha is a community Strength & Balance class targeted at older adults aged 65 years or older (or 55 years or older for Māori & Pasifika) but is open to anyone who has concerns about their bone health, strength & balance or is at risk of a fall.
This Level 2 class is led by a Physiotherapist who is an ACC approved Strength & Balance program provider.
