Up-and-coming Scottish Hall events have been cancelled. The hall is very lucky to be having long-term private bookings. Sadly we have lost our space but the great news is the hall will be receiving some nice funds to pay for new toilets and restorations to the hall. 😊

The jury might be out on Epsom salts, but the power of water is unmatched. It's easy to soak in a warm bath and let the magnesium work its magic. But a 30 second cold plunge in the shower can help reduce inflammation too.
