In astrology, the 6th house rules our health, habits, and healing it's the way our spirit translates into daily care. It shows where imbalance whispers first and how we restore rhythm to our lives.

Homeopathy speaks the same language it's subtle, energetic, and deeply personal.

When we understand the sign on our 6th house, we begin to see why our body reacts the way it does, and which remedies resonate most with our healing story.

Your chart already holds your medicine and body’s been trying to tell you all along.

What's your sixth house placement?

Back to School Support

Big changes, new routines, tired bodies, big emotions it’s all a lot right now - we have had a 5month holiday so this is my go to homeopathic cheatsheet to bring everyone back into balance.

For tired minds and low energy
Calc Phos is when the routine feels like too much and motivation’s gone missing.
Kali Phos is for mental overload, restless sleep, and nerves running on empty.

For big emotions and wobbly hearts
Ignatia is for overwhelm, grief, or the “I just miss how it was” feeling.
Pulsatilla is for clingy, teary, sensitive souls who need extra cuddles.
Nat Mur is when sadness gets held in, and the headaches or tears come later.

For deep exhaustion
Phos Acid for when the spark’s gone after stress or change - i litterly felt life come back into my body after this remedy
And Sepia is my go to for the mums running on fumes and needing space to breathe

Everyday support:
Calc Phos + Kali Phos + Ferr Phos 6X – a simple tissue salt combo for energy, calm nerves, and smoother transitions.
I also have been taking the 12 tissue salt remedy.

The choice for my family was Phos acid, 12 tissue and nat mur.

What would your's be?

Yesturday my daughter had a big fall it was the kind that makes your stomach drop as a parent. She split her lip, knocked out half of her new front tooth, and we ended up in the doctor’s office checking her head.

These moments are confronting. They remind us how quickly life changes and how fragile our little ones can be. But they also remind me why I do what I do - why I continue to learn, why I share, and why I trust both the incredible wisdom of the body and the tools we have to support healing.

I used Arnica and Hypericum straight away for the shock and nerve pain, and Calendula to help the lip wound knit together. We leaned on medical care for the dental trauma and to check her head after the fall - because both worlds can work beautifully together.

The lesson I take from this:
Stay calm in the chaos - that one is for me mainly - I needed aconite for the shock!
Use what you know to support the body immediately.
Seek help when you need it, there’s no weakness in that.
And always, always be grateful for how resilient our children are.
With the remedies we have managed the pain - trust me when I say she would let us know if there was even a slight discomfort in her body so that is how I know and truely believe in homeopathy, she is healing, and smiling again even with a slightly smaller tooth.

I’m reminded that these real-life stories are where learning truly lives.
If sharing our experience helps even one parent feel steadier the next time their child takes a tumble, then this scary moment has already turned into something meaningful. 💙

Thanks for reading,
With Love Jordan x

I haven't been very active here. Traveling and family have had my full attention, but I will tell you what, there hasn't been a day that we haven't needed and used our remedies.

On Monday my kids decided they wanted to go off the beaten track on a bush walk while we are boarding one here in South Otago. They would have been gone at least an hour, and this isn't the first time they have done this, so I wasn't worried. I'm encouraging in fact. Anyway, I opened the caravan door, music blasting, me doing a full clean in my own vibe, and towards me walked two soaking wet children, tears in their eyes. They proceeded to express their panic and terror about the experience of getting lost in the bush.

I comforted them but didn't think much of it until that night when I heard that cough—that barking, croup cough. I thought, Aconite. The fear and fright had started to integrate deeper into their bodies and was producing a cough as a health expression. It was late and I was tired, so I just dropped one in Kace's bottle and went to sleep. The next afternoon Tiana had the same cough. I dosed her and neither of them have coughed since.

I reflected on their appearance when they came out of the bush: pale, wide-eyed, fearful, and cold. Classic Aconite. I did admittedly tell them both off for getting into the water, as that is a rule we have always had and that "getting in trouble" can also bring on a croup case.

Anyway, thanks for reading my musings, I just feel inspired to write.
With love,
Jordan x

A Mama’s Homeopathy Diary 💧👂

Hey beautiful mamas 💛

We’ve just come out the other side of a really intense earache with my little one and I wanted to share the journey, because I know so many of you love using homeopathy but sometimes feel unsure where to start when our kids are hurting.

Earaches can come on fast and feel super distressing, Especially when they hit after a day out swimming, or right when everyone's winding down in the late afternoon (why always then?! 😅).

Here’s a little cheat sheet of the remedies we explored — and the subtle (or not-so-subtle) clues that helped us choose:

🌬 Aconite – The "just started" remedy

Sudden, intense pain (often after wind or getting cold)

Shocky, restless, wide-eyed — may wake crying

Best used within the first 24 hours
Gave us our first bit of relief before things changed again

🔥 Hepar Sulph – The "don’t you dare touch me" remedy

Stabbing or splinter-like pain, worse from cold air or removing the heat pack

Needs warmth, cuddles, quiet — super sensitive to everything

Pain may get worse after swimming or exposure to cold
This was our match once the pain became unbearable without the heat

🐝 Apis – The hot, stinging, swollen one

Burning, stinging pain, red cheeks or ears

Worse in heat, better with cold compresses

Often comes on in the late afternoon

May be whiny, irritable, hard to soothe

😤 Chamomilla – The scream-cry-rage remedy

Can’t tolerate the pain, cries angrily, nothing helps

May demand things then reject them

Often one cheek red, one pale

Worse at night
If your little one is fiery, furious, and you feel helpless — think Chamomilla
-Tiana threw a water bottle at my head because she couldn't open it, I ended up just putting some in her water to sip away

🌸 Pulsatilla – The gentle clingy one

Needs cuddles, feels better outdoors or near fresh air

Thick yellow/green mucus

Pain often starts mild but worsens slowly

Often no thirst
A common follow-up remedy when mucus lingers after a cold

🤸‍♀️Kali Mur – The blocked-ear helper

Muffled hearing, like fluid is trapped behind the eardrum

No major pain but lots of pressure or crackling sounds

Great in recovery or when congestion just won’t clear

💬 Let’s chat:

Have you used any of these?
What’s your go-to ear remedy for your little ones?
Or are you right in the thick of it and feeling unsure?

✨ Drop your questions below or message me — I’m always happy to help walk through it with you. These remedies have become such a support in our home, and I love helping other mamas build confidence using them too.

Sending love, strength, and a little silence for our tired ears
