Hello!

So looking forward to getting back into doing what I love to do & that is holding space for others healing & growth💗

I am at House of Wellness, Mount Maunganui this Saturday & have appointments available at 11.15am or 12.45pm for Chakra healing/balancing.

This healing session will help you to let go of stuck emotional energy that you may or may not be aware of & bring awareness to any beliefs that are no longer serving you.

We can carry these energy blocks around for years which can keep us caught up in the emotional experience that was and keep us looping in the same patterns.

Releasing these energies help you to align back to your true frequency, to allow your light to shine brighter so you can create from this space and not from the lower vibrational state.

I'm out of action for around 6 weeks as I somehow walked into the doorframe and fractured my pinky in a bad way this morning and now its in a cast 😓😁
I look forward to being on the otherside of this and discovering any thing I need to learn from this downtime as well,

We are influenced and programned by society and those around us from a young age. We learn was is acceptable and what isn't to feel like we fit in, and we slowly lose connection with our true self.

The external is just that, it is external from you.
Your truth is within, spend time getting to know the true you, ask questions - what do I need? How am I feeling? What wants to be created through me today?

When we form a strong connection with our internal wisdom/conciousness the external doesn't run the show.

You are a soveriegn being, learn to love and accept all of you, make that an intention, those parts of you, you thought weren't enough / acceptable will be very grateful 💖

We come into this World where there are structures & beliefs in place that shape our lives 🌏🕰💵

Unaware that we are here to create our own reality which doesn't have to look like what has been but one that is more aligned with our own truths, our own unique paths ✨️

I jumped into an opportunity months ago to move beyond the structure that is, to challenge my belief system and start creating as the creator I am.

It is allowing in a new way of earning, one that supports my joy & freedom, my Souls desires & one that brings me & my Children more choices for years to come 🎉

Working & grinding to stay comfortable is a thing of the past, there is a more aligned way to receive, and this journey is beautifully supported by a collective of like minded heart led Souls, working together to create more $ ease & wellbeing in our lives💝

How do we change to a new way of being on this Earth, one of love, acceptance, unity?

We awaken to what we are carrying, the stories, programming running through society and our family lines that keep us in patterns of fear, unworthiness, keeping us separated from our truest energy which is of Source/God/Creator.

We can't change the external without changing the internal, the conflicts, the controlling ways, the beliefs all keeping us small and disconnected from the love, the light of our truest form.

It all begins from within, awareness and the willingness to create a better life for not only ourselves but for the generations to come.

What ever you wish to see changed in the external, become curious and see if it's within as well, we are all creators, let us start creating with intent, not from default 🌏💛
