As we are all aware, there is a lot of water around, and lots of our community are experiencing flooding already.
The weather forecast has the potential for even more rain, and a chance that we may end up with a tropical cyclone.
If our staff cannot get through floodwaters to work the pharmacy will have to close, and with short notice.
Please get prepared – check you have enough medication on hand at home. We recommend at least a weeks supply.
If you need repeats filled, order these ASAP so we can get them ready for you.
Check in on your whanau and friends – especially those who cannot get to the pharmacy easily, or who may not be on social media.
Stay safe, keep dry, and take care of each other!

Kia Ora Everyone,

Hopefully everyone is safe and dry.

We are open as normal today (9:00am-5:30pm) and open tomorrow as well (9:30am-12:00pm).

Kia Ora everyone,

Due to the weather and the flooding in and around Kawakawa, the pharmacy will be closing at 1pm today (Thursday the 26th). We will potentially remain closed until Monday if this weather continues. We will update facebook and our answer machine message when we can reopen.

Our phones are switched to message service today (09 404 0519) for any repeat requests. Please leave a clear message with your name, address, and the medications you require. This will be regularly checked throughout Thursday morning.

Stay safe, keep warm and stay off the roads wherever possible.
We will update Facebook, and the answer phone message when we know more 🙂
