Oregano essential oil has been traditionally used to remove skin tags (a small benign growth that forms primarily in areas where the skin forms creases, such as the neck, armpit, and groin). A recent preclinical study evaluated a special formulation of oregano essential oils as polymeric micelles for its activity against skin tags. Based on the properties observed, the researchers showed that this formulation of oregano EO can help with skin tags.

Bring the scents of the fall season to your table with the help of essential oils. With just a few supplies, you can create effortless decor that complements your bountiful harvest. Your guests will be impressed by this simple tabletop garland at your next gathering!
Here’s what you need:
• 2-3 bundles of fresh eucalyptus or greenery of choice.
*You may need more depending on the length of your table or if you want the garland to look more full.
• Pinecones
• Small gourds
• Your favorite “fall scented” oils (we love Thieves, Orange, Cinnamon Bark, and Clove to name a few)
How to Make it:
1. Trim your greenery as needed and disperse along the center of your table
2. Arrange pinecones and gourds as desired
3. Add 4-5 drops of essential oil on each pinecone. We used Thieves and Orange and it smelled amazing.

MRSA infections are caused by a type of staph bacteria (S. aureus) that's become resistant to many of the antibiotics. This resistance makes it a significant threat to human health, particularly in hospital and healthcare settings, because MRSA can cause bloodstream infections, pneumonia, surgical site infections, sepsis, and even death. A recent laboratory study evaluated the effects of four essential oils against MRSA and its biofilms. Geranium, tea tree, peppermint, and lemon each inhibited MRSA, with geranium being the most potent. Geranium also eradicated biofilms and reduced the virulence factor staphyloxanthin, suggesting geranium is a promising essential oil to combat MRSA infections and disinfect equipment.

Statistically, 95% of women enter menopause and spend about one-third of their life in menopause. Hormonal and biochemical changes during menopause lead to uncomfortable symptoms, including hot flashes, vaginal dryness, sleep disturbances, reduced sexual function and desire, depression, anxiety, and cognitive decline. A triple-blind, randomized, controlled clinical trial evaluated the effects of ingesting lavender essential oil on menopausal symptoms. Women in the lavender group took 80 mg of lavender (roughly two drops) in a softgel once daily for 60 days. The placebo group took a placebo softgel that was similar in appearance to the lavender softgel. After two months of taking lavender, all symptoms in psychological, physical, vasomotor, anxiety, and depression domains were significantly relieved in both groups, but the lavender group was the only group that experienced improved sexual function. This research suggests that ingesting lavender essential oil can improve sexual function in menopausal women.
