The Newport Floorline Bed from Novis Healthcare is designed to enhance safety and comfort while minimising the risk of falls and the need for restraints. This advanced, column-less electric bed can be lowered to an ultra-low height of just 110 mm from the floor, reducing the risk of injury in case of falls. It also features a high working height of 740 mm, improving ergonomics for carers during patient care.
With a wide range of safety features and multiple positioning capabilities, the Newport Floorline Bed ensures optimal comfort and support for patients. Available in both Single and King Single sizes, it offers versatility and reliability for a variety of care settings.

The CairMax system functions as a static pressure-relieving surface when used independently of the control unit. When clinically indicated, it can be upgraded to provide dynamic alternating pressure therapy by connecting the compact control unit. The unit attaches easily for immediate operation without compromising patient comfort.

The mattress construction combines a durable foam core with alternating air cells integrated with castellated foam, providing effective comfort and support for patients up to 230 kg. The castellated foam design enhances flexibility during mattress profiling, while the static head section offers stable support to promote restful sleep.

AutoCair automatic weight-sensing technology continuously adjusts internal pressure levels to maintain the patient within a safe and effective therapeutic range. This eliminates the need for manual pressure setting adjustments and ensures consistent pressure management and patient safety.

Over the past two days, Dynamic Healthcare had the pleasure of visiting Novis Healthcare at their head office in Sydney, as the exclusive partner for New Zealand.
