I’ve just returned from a long weekend at the beach - and I feel like a different person.

Have you had the flu that's going round and just can’t shake off the cough?

Hi, I’m Cornelia - I offer gentle natural therapies for women in Kerikeri.

One option I offer is ozone nasal insufflation: this is a relaxing session where you gently breathe in ozonated oil vapour through a soft nasal cannula.

A big thank you to all the clients who came to see me last month! 🌺

I donated $10 from every appointment (be it Reiki, Ear Reflexology, or Ozone Nasal Insufflation) to Kerikeri Retirement Village's sensory garden project. A space that will be enjoyed by residents and their families. 🌿

Kerikeri Retirement Village is Kerikeri's only non-profit retirement facility, and I'm happy to have played a small part in this worthwhile project. 💐

New to Reiki? Here’s what your session will be like:

✨ We start with a gentle check-in: I’ll ask what’s going on for you, or simply hold space if you’re not sure.
✨ You’ll lie down, fully clothed, in a relaxing space.
✨ Gentle, healing 432Hz music will play, and you can choose which essential oils you'd like in the diffuser.
✨ I'll start with an energetic scan, and then guide you through a relaxation sequence.
✨ During the Reiki, I’ll connect with your energy and gently tune your chakras.
✨ Many people fall asleep - it’s encouraged, and I take snoring as a compliment!
✨ Afterwards, we'll talk through anything that came up for you in the session... and then you'll likely float out the door, likely feeling clearer, calmer, and lighter.
