๐ We're Hiring! Part-Time Customer Service Admin ๐
๐ Location: Kerikeri
๐ Hours: Part-time Monday, Wednesday and Friday
๐ผ Start Date: ASAP
Weโre on the lookout for a friendly and organised person to join our team as a Customer Service Admin. If you enjoy chatting with people, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and being part of a fun, supportive small team โ weโd love to hear from you!
What you'll be doing:
Answering calls and emails from clients and helping with their questions.
Overseeing the support worker's roster
General admin tasks.
What weโre looking for:
Great communication skills and a friendly approach
Someone whoโs organised and pays attention to the little things
Comfortable using basic computer programs like Word, Excel, and Outlook
Previous customer service or admin experience is a plus, but not a dealbreaker!
A team player with a positive attitude
