Yoga during pregnancy for integrating movement and breath, enabling stress reduction and yoga postures for Optimal Baby Positioning. Mama & Baby yoga are sessions with baby close when you as mother can participate in yoga postures for recovery and rejuvenation with the focus on the abdominal region and the pelvic floor muscles and ligaments. There will be an introduction to the benefits and practise of Baby Massage.
