In the next week or so you’ll be seeing a ‘For lease’ sign outside Numi.

WE ARE MOVING!

We have loved the space, memories of many amazing classes and events.
It’s served us so well, but the opportunity to move on has come up and it’s too good to turn down.

More on the new space later but for now know it’s only 4 mins drive from the current space.

I am beyond excited for the new chapter and continuing to share my classes & energy with you all 🤍

Thank you massively for your patience this past week with my technology issues.

Couple things still need fixing but we are getting there.

It was important for me to move away from a platform mentioned by some boycott lists. If we can all make just one change or give up just one thing on these lists it would help so much.

Any issues and you are in need of a class but can’t seem to sort on this new system, just check in with a message.

I’ll be in the studio tomorrow, Friday, at 7am for a spicy vinyasa and 9.15 for our slower version, soft vinyasa ✨

Mama & babe 9.30 - 10.30am BYO BABY, I’ll provide snugs.
Vinyasa was at 6.30pm but it’s dark and cold and no one fancies driving back out in the evening so we’ve shifted it to 5.20pm.... Repeat 5.20 - NOT 5.30pm

✨ Rather exciting news ✨

As of next week I’ll be taking over the Thursday 5.15pm vinyasa class at

Numi folk don’t worry the studio is very much still alive and kicking but I feel drawn to teaching in a variety of spaces to spice things up and things fresh.

Community fitness folk I am a yoga teacher and breath work & meditation facilitator. My classes incorporate all 3 of these elements. I teach to carefully curated playlists and the classes are always a perfect balance of challenge & nurture.

9 of the 11 people booked so far into our September NURTURE & NOURISH retreat have either attend a retreat with me already in the past year or are being brought along by someone who already has.
Which is amazing and I’m so incredibly honoured about that. It tells me something special happening when we go away together, so special that people want to come back.

We are now officially sold out of twin share rooms but still have a couple spots in the quad bunk room and 2 x private sanctuary spots.
